Festival in Germany expanded to Austria last weekend. At the yearly Frequency Festival near St. Pölten (a town in the west of Vienna) Gerit Starczewski did it again: <br /><br /><a name='more'></a>He gathered a young bunch of festival fans and arranged them in the shape of a heart. The goal of the famous artist: "Breaking down barriers between human beings and boosting the intuative und collective experience of art, body and music."</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">In Austria two major daily newspapers printed photos of the participating people on their cover.
